Customer Service as it should be!

I purchase the phone mount about a year ago, loved it, but one day one of the spring loaded screws either shears or simple came unthreaded and literally shot out of the phone holder and out the open Jeep door. I found the screw but not the spring so the holder was useless.
I emailed customer service and they immediately replied and sent out a new phone holder. The new one appears to have been upgraded since my first purchase with a new type of screw. (And hopefully a little lok-tight). 5 stars for the unit and 5 stars for customer service.

This mount holds great!
